Bespoke Furniture Projects
Amongst the many furniture projects I have designed over the years here is a collection of furniture I designed for a Mumbai furniture store called Palatte around 2010-11

This sideboard measuring 290cm was made in veneered chestnut, brushed steel and a black marble top

This desk chair was designed as a modernist, pared down version of the Louis XVI armchair with curved back and straight legs

Dining chair in brushed steel and Leatherette upholstery

Desk with off-set leg design giving semblance of a floating top

This writing table in brushed steel, Macassar Ebony and Alcantara faux suede was designed as a modernist, pared down version of the Louis XVI bureau plat

Ar Deco style low side chair

Designed as a modernist version of the Alvar Aalto recliner in which the frame was to be made in high tensile steel instead of plywood as in the original. The wooden frame is stretched with strips of "woven" leather

Art Deco style spoon back armchair
What if architecture could capture the essence of an untamed volcano? Imagine what it would be like if, like Marco Polo in
Custom production.
